This multi-day course for leaders combines mindfulness practice with contemporary leadership approaches. Based on Michael Bunting’s book «The Mindful Leader», participants learn to lead from inner clarity and presence.

Course facilitator

The workshop is led by mindful leadership expert Lutz Hempel, who brings extensive experience with mindfulness in organisations and within the Achtsame Wirtschaft network.

Setting

The course takes place at Hotel Maistra 160 in Pontresina and offers a structured programme with input sessions, reflection and group exchange.
